A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE EXTENSION TO THE TOLLING
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
WHEREAS, the City has executed a Tolling Agreement between the City and
the County of Los Angeles; and
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles has requested an extension of the
existing Tolling Agreement to expire on March 12, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood authorizes the City
Manager to execute the Amendment to Tolling Agreement with the County of Los
Angeles.
Section 2. This Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1 day of March, 2011.
