IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF AGNE$ AVEIJUE
ET AL: RESOLUTION DIRECTINC THE PREPARATION OF
DEBT LIMITATION Rr�ORT.
.: The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
(.l) That the public interest, convenience and necessity
. require.and the City Council of the City of Lynwood propoaea to �
institute proceedings for the improvement hereinafter aet forth.
(2)� That the general nature, location �nd extent of
such proposed improvement are as follows:
_ The construction of cement concrete cvrbs and gutters
including all incidental and appurtenant work.
(3) It is hereby further determined that the City Council.
of the City of Lynwood adopta this resolution under and in accord-
� ance with Section 4 of the Streeta and Highwaye Code of the State
of California which is known as the Special Aasesament Investigation,
Limitation and.Ma.jority Protest Act 6f 1931, ae amended, It is here-
by further determined that said City Council proposee to conduct the
proceedinga Por said proposed work or improvement under an act of
, the Legielature of the 8tate of California known and designated as
the Improvement Act of 1911,.as`amended. ' ,�
(4) The boundary or ext'ent of the asseeament diatrict to
be assesAed to pay the coets and expensea of said: improvement,is ahown
on Plan No 1951-F on file in the office of the City Clerk of said
. City, which map ahall govern for all detaila as to the extent of.said
aseessment district.
