� ENGINEER AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE
MATTER OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEP•1ENT OF

: The City Gouncil of the City of Lynwood does hereby
� resolve as followa: .
- WHEREAS, a report on the`propos'ed improdement of
-Agne� Avenue, by the construction of cement concrete curba,
cement concrete gutters and appurtenant work, alZ as shown on, �
' Plan No, 1951-F, haa been prepared by tne City Engineer.and
delivered to the City Council of .the City.of Lynwood as provided
,. �
in Division 4 of the Streete and Highways 'Code cited ae "Special
Asaeasment Inveatigation, Limitation and Ma,jority Proteat Act �
. - of 1931", as amended, ae directed by the City CoUncil at ita regu-
lar meeting held on March 20, 1951.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED ae follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood does here-
by approve said report and directe that eaid report be filed with
:, tne City Clerk of said City. _ '
2. The Gity Couneil doea hereby fix the 15th day of .
May, 1951, at the hour of 8 o'clock p.m, as the day and hour,
and the,Council Chambera of"the City Hall, 11331.P1aza 8treet, .
Lynwood, California, as the place, whet� and where any and all
pereons intereated in said propoaed.improvement may appear before
: said City Council and be heard ori any.matter pertaining to said
report. �
3. The City Clerk ie'hereby �,uthorized to give_notice
` as prescribed in Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code
