RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS IN CONNECTION �
, WITH THE HEARING ON DEBT LIMITATION FOR THE �.
PROPOSED, INIPROVEP4ENT OF BRADFIELD AVENUE, ET AL.
�, i�1HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did, on ,
the 6th day of Fiarch, 1951, approve an investigation report under the
provisiona of Division 4 0£ the Streets and Highways Code cited aa
"8pecial Asaeasment Investigation, Limitation and I+ffaJority Protest
� Act.of 1931�� upon the propoeed improvement of Bradfield Avenue, et
` _ al, by the conatruction of cement concrete curbs, cement concrete
'gutters and cement concrete eidewalka, a11 ae shown on Plan Vo.
1951-C�on file iiz the ofPice of City Clerk of s�id city; and
t WHEREAB., said report,having been duly prepared and Filed,
a hearing waa held by said City Council on the 17th day of April,
1951 in the manner provided in said Act above referred.;to; and ,

, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Git,y.of Lynwood doea
hereby res'olve ae followe: ..
- 1. That the aroteats made at,said hearing on said inveeti-
gation report be and tne same are: hereby overruled; .
2. That the public 3ntereat, c.onvenience, and neceesity
require the doing and making of the public iaiprovement set forth.and
, described in said. report above referred. to and substantially in the

. above referred to is,feasible; ' �

upon any or all lota or�parcels of land-for the costs and expenses of

not, by the levy thereof, cause said limitation to be exceeded in any
instance;

5. That no ma�ority protest in �riting haa been Piled by
the'owners of the property proposed to be asaeeaed to pay the costs
and expenaee of said proposed imnrovement or any part thereof in
the manner provided in said Act above referred to;
6. That it ie hereby ordered that the proceedings for
the making of said propoeed improvement be undertaken purauart to
the provisione of an Act of the Legialature of the 3tate of Cali-
fornia,designated ae Diviaion 7 of the Streets and Highwaye Code
cited as the "Improvement Act of 1911, and amendmente thereto".
APPROVED and ADOPTED.thie 17th day of April, 1951.
