RESOLUTION RE�,UESTING COIJSEIJT IN Tf� MATTER OF TFIE
PROPOSED IMPPROVEMF;NT OF BRADFIELD AVEPdIIl;, ET AL
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of I,ynwood has initiated
proceedings under the 1911 Act for the improvement af portions of Thorson Avenne
under Resolution o£ Intention No. 2 32�; and
WHLREAS, certain portions of the improvement lie within un.- .
incorporated territory of the County of Los Angeles;
NOZ^l r+FORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Gouncil of the City of .
Lynwood as follows; '
1.. That the public interest, convenience and necessity require
the construction of curbs; gutters and sidewalks along the westerly side of
Thorson Avenue between Agnes Avenue and Carlin Avemze;
2. .That it is hereby requested that the Board of 9upervisors
grant consent and jurisdiction for the making of said improvement;
3. That the City Clerk is directed to transmit a copy of this
resolution together with plans for said_ work to the Board of Supervisors.
