RESOLUTION APPROVIIdG PLANS, SPEGIrICATI0N8 AND
MAP OF ASSESST�IENT DISTRICT FOR'THE IMPROVEMENT �
� OF PEACH STREET, BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CEMENT,
CONCRETE CURBS, CEMFNT.CONCRETE SIDEWALK3, AND
CETdENT COiSCRETE GUTTERS..
The City Council of the City of Lynwood doea hereby
resolve as follows: .
, Section 1: That.Plans and Specifications No 1951-8-1
for the improvement of Peach 3treet, by the construction of cement
concrete curbs, ceraent concrete sidewalks, and cement concrete
gutters, as prepared and subrnitted by the City Engineer of said
City on.the 16th day of April, 1951, be, and.the same are hereby
' adopted as the official plans and specifications for doing said
work and making eaid improvement. Said plans and specifications .
shall govern for all details of the:propoaed work.
Section 2: That the map or plat marked Plana No ..ig.Si-B-2
�"-` "ehowing the district of landa to be benefited by and to be asaeseed
, , to p�y the coate and expenses of said work, or improvement; be and
the.eame is hereby adopted as the official map of the assesament
district for said work or improvement.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of Apri1, 1951.
