RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS AND DETERNiIN-
ING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL HAS ACQUIRED JURIS-
, DIGTION TO ORAEH THE PROPOSED :4�RK OR IA'II'ROVE-
T✓EiQT. •
WHERr]AS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did, on
the 17th day of.April, 1951, adopt its Resolution oi,Inter.tion No.
2320 ordering the imbrovement of Bradfield Avenue and other�streeta
by the construction of cenent concrete curbs, cement concrete side--
walke and cement concrete gutters, and
Vd'rIEREAS, T.uesday the 1 th day of Mav , 1951 at the
hour of 8:00 o'clock P.t�I, at the Council Chambers in the City Nall, in
- said City of Lynwood, was the time and.place set in said Resolution of
Intention when and where any ob,�ections to the proposed work or improve-
ment, or to the extent of the district to be asseased, or to the grades
� to which the �r.rork was proposed to be done, would be heard by said City

WHffiEA3, the City Clerk oP� said dity has lieretofore ;oresen
. and filed an affidavit of publication of said Resolution of Intention,
shotiain� that the same wae published according to law; and
PTHEftEA�, said City Clerk has also �resented and filed his
affidavit of mailing notices of the adoption of said Resolution of '
Intentlon in the time, form, and manner, and to the persons, all as
provid_ed by an Act of the Legislature of the 5tate of California, desig-
nated ae Division � of the Streets and High�nra.ys Cod.e, and cited as the
- °Improvement Act of 1911°; a.nd amenciments thereto, and
: ti^IHER�AS, the City Engineer-Superintendent of Streets has
heretofore presented and filed an affidavit anowing that notices of_
the passage of said Re�olution of Intention have been nosted in'the
manner provided by said Act; and
l+tHEREAS, at aaid hearing held on the 15th day oi May i957-
no protests were filed against any oi the tninga proposed to be

done under Resolution"of Intention No. 2j20, .
