A SOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB AS URPLL
WHEREAS, Moab City has the right and title to certain property listed below and;
WHEREAS,the Governing Body of Moab City declare; that at present time, it has no
use Whatsoever for said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE GOVERNING ODY OF MOAB
CITY THAT:
