Councilman Fischer introduced Ordinances No 114 &115 which were read
by clerk.
No 114. An ordinanace Restraining animals from Running at large in
the Corporate Limit's of the Town of Wellsburg,ect.
No 115 AN Ordinance relating to animals running at large declaring the
sane unlawful and deeming such violation a public offense constituting
a Misdemeanor.
Broth Ordinanace to be hereafter named by number only.
Fischer moved for for adoption of the- Ordinances 114 &115, second
by Bantz.
Councilman Junker moved that the rules requireing an ordinance to be
read on three different days, be suspensed and thst ordinances No 114
and ordinance no 115 be read as of its second and third reading, by
Title only, and the reading just had be considered the reading
and said ORDINANCES be placed upon its passage and adoption.7//41-
Motion second by Beecroft.

Nayes . None.
Mayor declare motion carried,and rules suspended, that ordinanceskAo*,,
114 and 115 � Read by Title only twice by:iclerk) be placed f6r adoption
Motion by Fischer second by Bantz that ordinances No 114 and No 115
be passed and adopted by council and Clerk hereby directed to publish
same.
Ayes: Bantz-Beecroft-Fischer- Junker-Okones,
Nayes: None.
Mayor declared ordinances No 114 and No 115 duly adopted and signed
same in presence of the Council.
Motion ZDD Fischer second by Okones to adjourn, carried.
