AUTHORIZING BIDS.SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
"'HEREAS, there is a need for Solid \Vaste Collection in the Borough of
. Cafterct; and
'VHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said Solid
Waste Collection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids for said Solid Waste Collection.
Adopted this 7ili day of October, 2010
and certified as a true copy of the
original on October 8, 2010.
