public interest and convenience req_uire; and said City Council
having a.cquired,�urisdiction so to do,.the Pollowing work or im- �
provement is nereby ordered to be done,' to-tiait: the conetruction • °

further particvlars as to the e:;tent of the asaessmeizt district. �

Section 5: Tne City Council hereby determinea and declares
that aerial bonda ahall be iastted in the form and manner provided in
aaid aforementioned Aet, bearing intere3t at the rate of aix (6) per
centum per annum `�o represent each assessment of twenty-iive (�25.00) .
dollars or over, remaining unpaid for thirty days after the c�ate'of

years from the second day of January,next aucceeding tne next, October
15th following their date. Said bonda and interest thereon shall be

Section 6: Tne City Clerk ahall post and cause to be pub-
lisred a notice inviting aealed proposale or bida for doing the above
deacribed work or improvement in the time, iorm and manner required by
law.
