PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret and the Carteret
Redevelopment Agency acquired property for redevelopment
purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret and the Carteret
Redevelopment Agency are tax exempt agencies, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector is recommending that the following
taxes be cancelled:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax
