' RESOL'UTIONT.ORDERING THE WORK AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO GIVE NOTICE INVITING BIDB. BE IT RE80LVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood as followa: Section 1: In the opinion of said City Council, the public interest and convenience require, and said City Council having acquired �urisdiction eo to do, the following work or improvement is hereby ordered to be done, to-wit: the construction of cement concrete curba, cement concrete guttera and cement concrete aidewalke in PEACH STREET ae more particularly described in Reaolution of Intention No. 2324 Section 2: All of the work or improvement aforesaid ahall be done ae contemplated in Resolution of Intention No. 2324 of the City Council of eaid City, to which reference is hereby made for further particulare. Section 3: Said proposed work, or improvement, in the opinion of said City Council, ie of more than local or ordinary public benefit and said City Council hereby determines and declarea that the district to be benePited by said work and improvement, and to be asaessed to pay the entire coata and expeneea thereof ie particularly deacribed Sn Resolution of Intention No. 2324. Reference is hereby made to eaid Reeolution of Intention and to Plan PTo. 1951-B-2 for further particulara as to the extent of the aeaesament district, Section 4�: The proceedinga for the aforesaid work and improve- ment sha11 be had and taken under an Act of the Legislature of the 8tate oP California designated the Street and Highways Code, Division �, and cited as the '�Improvement Act o£ 1911", and araendments therebo. Section 5: The City Council hereby determinea and declaree that aerial bonde shall be iasued in the form and manner provided in said aforementioned Act, bearing intereet at the rate of six (6) per centum per annum to repreaent each assesament of twenty-five (�25.00)� -1- dollars or over, remaining unpaid for thirty daye after the date of warr�nt. .8aid serial bonda ahall extend over a period ending nine yeare from the aecond day of January next succeeding the next October . 15th following their date. Said bonds and interest thereon ahall be paid at the office of the Cit,y Treaeurer of eaid City and ahall be disbursed by him, all ae provided in said Act. Section 6, The City Clerk ahall poat and cause to be pub- liehed a notice inviting aealed propoeals or bida for doing the above described work or improvement in the time, form and manner required by law. _ .
