RESOLUTION.OVEr'iRULING PROTESTS IN CONNECTION
' WIT-H'THE AEARING ON DEBT LIMITATION FOR THE.
PROPOSED IDSPROVEMENT OF AGNES AVENUE.

proviaions.of Division !� of the Streets and Highwaya Code.cited as
. "Special Asseasment Investigation, Limitation and.Majority Protest
Act of 1931",,upon the proposed improvement of Agnes Avenue,°by
the construction of cement concrete curbs and cement conerete`guttera, ,
all ae shown ori_P1an�No. .1951-F on, file in the'�offi'ce of� tYie City' Clerk
of �said city; and "
WHEHEA9, said� r,eport'having_been duly prepared and filed;
•� a hearing was held by said CZty Council on the 15tn day,.of May, 1951
in the manner provided iri saic� Act above referred to;.and
- WHEREAS, more tl�an thirty days have expired since the date
, of mailing notices of hearing on said report; ,

NOt�J, THERErORE, the City Counail of the City of Lynwood does
hereby reeolve as follows:
� � 1. That the•protests made at said hearing on said inve3ti- `
gation report be and the same�a.re herebv overruled;
2. That the public interest, convenience, and necessity ,
require the doing and making of the public improvement eet forth and
deacriUed in said - report;above referred to and substantia.11y in the
1 mariner set iorth; . '
3. That the projeet consiating of the proposed improvement�
above referred to ia feasible; _
' � 4�. That tne estimated total amount proroosed to be aesessed
upori any or all lots or parcels of land for tlie costa and� expenaea of
� aaid�proposed improvement does not exceed the limitation of indebted-
ness estab�liahed and set forth in said Act above referred•to,,and will
` not, by the levy thereof, cauae eaid limitation to be excee�.ed,in�any
instance; .

5. Tnat no ma�ority protest in writing has.been filed by
the oVrners of the property proposed to be assessed to pay the cos�s
' and expenses of said. proposed improvement or any part thereof in
the manner provided in said Act above referred to;
6. That it ie hereby ordered that the proceedinga for
the making of said proposed improvement be undertaken purauant to
the p'rovisiona of an,Act of the Legislature of the State of Cali—
fornia, designated as Division '7 of the.3treets and High*rrays Code
cited as the °Improvement Act oP 1911, and amendments thereto".
