WFiEREAS, the City Engineer has heretofore filed with the City
Council a report setting forth the estimated costs for the maintenance of

street lighting�service in the City of Lynwood for the 1951-52 fiscal year;
NOW 7.'H�REE'ORE EE IT RESOI,VED by the Cit� Council of the City
of I,ynwood as folloc•rs:
1. That said report, together vri�h diagram showing assessment
district is hereby adopted and approved unmodified;
2. That the levyin� of assessr�ent as proposed in said report
is hereby authorized and approved;
. 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit to the
County o£ I,os Angeles Tax Collector the assessment roll and ma,ps of the
assessment district.
