�ESOLUTION N0 2337
RESOLUTION OF COA?DOLENCE
' _BE IT RE80LVED, by the Payor and the City Council of
�he City of Lynwood, as follows:
That regretting the death of the late Herman 0.
Stroh, the Mayor and City.Council.of the City of Lyntrood doea
hereby express the sincere sympathy of the citizena of Lynwood
to the bereaved wife, Ruby Stroh,.and to the other relatives and
intimate friends and asaoci�.tes of the said deceased.
.. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the public service rendered
by Herman 0. Stroh ae a citizen of the City of Lynwood; and as
Councilman_of City, wnerein he devoted himself without reserva-
tion to the eatablishment a progresaive and friendly community,
have been of ineatimable value in the public welfare and the public
good of the City.
, That his service to our City as Director on the Board of
The League of Cali£ornia Cities, Los Angeles Division, hae evi-
_ denced his unselfish devotion to the principle of better municipal
government and endeared him to the of£iciala of our aiater citiea.
That his ready Urit and conatant good-fellowahip hae
builded strong bonde of friendship bett-�een Council, employee and
citizen tnat will long endure as a tribute to his aelfleas devotion
to his city and his country.
That the death of Herman 0. Stroh is a losa to the
citizens of thia comnunity, and of a true patriot.
ATOW, THREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
the City Council that_the City Clerk be directed to forward a certi-

fied copy of this resolution to the bereaved wife of our former
, associate, Mra. Ruby Stroh.
