RESOLUTIOid DIRECTING PREPARATIOIQ UF DEBT LIPRITATIGN
NEPORT.
The City Council of the Ci.ty of Lynwood does resolve as
follows: , .
(1) `t"aat the ;5ublic interest, convenience and necessity require
, and the City Council o£ tlie Gity o�' Lynwood proposes to institute proceedings
for the improvement hereina£ter set forth. .
(2) That the g�neral nature,�location and extent oi such pro— : • •
posed improvement is as follows: ' The construotion of cement concrete sidewalks,
curbs, gutters and driveway appro2ches.in Flower Street between Long Beach
Boulevard and Peach Strset.
, � (3) It is hereby determined that.forty.(40).per cent of the
cost or expense of:said work or improvement is to be paid by.said City of Lynwood.
(�� It is hereby further deterrsined that the City Council oi .
_._, the City of I,ynwood adopts thzs resolution under and in;accordance with Section 4. �
' of the Streets and Highways Code of the�State of California which is knotian as
the' Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and tAajority Protest Act of
1931, as amended. It is here'hy £urther detErmined that said City Council pro— �
poses to conduct the proceedings for said proposed work or inprovement under an

assessed to pay the costs and expenses of sa.id i�aprovement is shown on Plan
No 1951-z; on file in the office of the City Clerk of said city which nap shall
govern for al1 details as to the extent of said assessment district..

prepare and deliver to said City Council a written report covering said orork "
or improvement in accordance with the provisions of said ��Special Assessment
