RESOLUTION N0. 234�1
IN THE MATTER OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF
AGNES AVENUE, BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS
AND GUTTERB.
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK AND DIRECTING
THE CITY CLERK TO GIVE NOTICE INVITING HID9.
BE IT REBOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
as follows:
Section 1: In the opinion of said City Council, the
public intereet and convenience require, and eaid City Council
havin� acquired �uriediction so to do, the following work or im-
provement ia hereby ordered to be done, to-wit: the conetructlon
of cement concrete curbe and cement concrete guttere in AGNES AVENUE
and other atreeta as more particularly deacribed in Reeolution of
Intention No. 2333•
Section 2: All of the work or improvement aforeaaid ehall
be done ae contemplatednin Reaolution of Intention No 2333 of the
City Council of said City, to which reference ie herebg made for
further particulare.
8ection 3: Said propoaed work, or improvement, in the
opinion oP said City Council, is of more than local or ordinary
public benefit and said City Council hereby determines and declarea
that the diatrict to be benefited by said work and improvement, and
to be assesaed to pay the entire coste and ext�ensea thereof ie part,i-
cularly described in Resolution of Intention No. 2333• RePerence is
hereby made to eaid Resolution of Intention and to Pla.n �951-F-2 for
further particulars as to the extent of the aeaeasment diatrict.
Section 4: The proceedinge for the aforesaid work and
improvement ahall be had and taken under an Act of the Legislature
of the Btate of California deaignated the Street and Highways Code,
Diviaion 7, and cited ae the "Improvement Act of 1911", and amend-
ments thereto.
8ection 5: The Gity Council hereby determinea and declaree
that serial bonde shall be ieaued in the form and manner provided in
said af orementioned Act, bearing intereat at the rate of six (6) per

centum per annum to repreaent each aeaeasment of twenty-five (�2$.00)
dollare or over, remaining unpaid for thirty days after the date of
warrant. 3aid serial bonda ehall extend over a period ending nine
yeare Prom the eecond day oP January next succeeding the next October
15th PolTowing their date. Said bonds and interest thereon ahall be
paid at the office of the City Treasurer of said City and ahall be
diabureed by him, all as provided in aaid Act.
- ,_.� �--3ection 6: The City Clerk shall poat and cauae to be pub-
liehed a notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the above
described work or improvement in the time, form and manner required by
law.
