, RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT. �
WHEREA3, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did, in ,
� open eesaion on the 6th day of June, 1951, publicly open, examine,
`, and-decTare aTl or bida for the following-work to be'
done and improvement to be made, in said City, to-wit; All that certain
work and improvement aet forth in Resolution of Intention No. 2320
pasaed and adopted by said City Council on the 17th d.ay of April, 1951,
which Reeolution of Intention is on file in the office_of the City
• Clerk of sa.id City and is hereby referred to for a description of said '
work or improvement, the boundaries of the.district to be assessed to
' pay the costs and expenses of eaid work and for further particvlara,
� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by eaid City Council that it
re�ect, and 1t doea hereby re�ect all of said proposals or bida except
•- mentioned; and hereby awards the contract'for doing �
�• said work or. improvement,to the loweet, regular, responaible bidder,
to-wit: Vido Kovacevich Co. at the prices for said work or improve- ' ,
ment named in their bid, which bid is on file in the oPfice oP the
City Clerk of sald City; and hereby is referred to for further
particulara.•
The�City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to publiah
notice.of thie ati*2rd twice in the Lynwood Preas, a weekly newapaper
publiehed and ciroulated in aaid City and hereby designated for that ,
- purpose by this City Council.
