WHEREAB, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did, in
open eesaion on the 5th day of June, 1951, publicly open, examine,
� and declare all aealed proposals or bids for the following Urork to be
done and imorovement to be �ade in said.City,,.to-wit: All that certain
work and improvement set forth in Resolution of Intention No. 232�4
pasaed and adopted by said City Council on the 17th day of Apri1, 1951,
which Resolution of Intention is on Pile in the office of the City
� Clerk of said City and is hereby.rePerred to Por a deacription of eaid
work or improvement, the boundariea of the district to be assesaed to
pay the coats a.nd expenaes of said work and for further particulars.
� NO�V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by sa.id City Council that it
; re3ect, and it doea hereby re,ject all of eaid proposals or bids except
the next herein mentioned, and hereby awarcla the,contract for doing

to-wit: Uido Kovacevich Co. at the pricea Por said work or improve-
°ment named in their bid, which bid ie on file in the office of the�

notice oP this award twice in the Lynwood Prese, a weekly newspaper_

purpose by this City Council. .
