Meeting Minutes
October 11, 2018 12:00 PM

Members Present: Charles Jones,Rick Fereday,Mark Thorien

Rick Fereday called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM.
Public Comment: Katy Bissell described the wildlife survey her company will be performing
and asked those present to share their airport wildlife experiences to build the report.
Approval of Minutes from October 11,2018: The October 11,2018 regular meeting minutes
were presented for review and approval. Charles Jones moved to accept the minutes,Mark
Thorien seconded the motion. The minutes were unanimously approved.
Code Revision: Airport Zone: The changes recommended in the work session are being
incorporated into the document. Next step is a joint work session with Planning&Zoning.
Triangle Hangars: Some responses had been received from the hangar waiting list and potential
commercial tenants. Changes were made to the leaseholds to allow for additional and better
defined snow storage. Comments on timeline and impact to potential lessees was made by Paul
Schaetzel. Mark Thorien motioned to recommend the plan with an allowance for the airport
manager to alter the plan so long as the square footage did not change more than 5%. Charles
Jones seconded the motion which passed unanimously.
Three Month Calendar Review: The three month calendar was reviewed.
Motion to adjourn was made by Mark Thorien and seconded by Charles Jones. The Committee
adjourned at 12:40 PM
