IN THE I�fATTER OF THE IbIPROVEMENT OF AGNES AVENUE
BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CEMENT CONCRETE CURBS AND
CEI�SENT CONCRETE GUTTERB.
RESOLUTION OF AVTARD OF CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did, in
open eession on the 3rd day of July 1951 publicly open, examine,
and declare all sealed propoeals or bide for the following work to be
done and improvement to be made in said City, to-wit: A11 that ce a
rt in
work and improvement set forth in Reaolvtion of Intention No 2333
. passed and adopted by said City Council on the 15th day of P•'tay, 1951,
which Resolution of Intention is on file in the office of the City
Clerlt of eaid City and is hereby referred to for a deacription of said
work or improvement, the boundariea of the diatrict to be aesessed to
pay the costs and'expeneea of said worl� and for fur.ther particulars.
NOT^J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.by aaid City Council that it
re,ject, and it doea hereby re,�ect a11 of said proposals or bids except
the next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing
said work or improvement to the lowest, regular, reaponaible bidder,
to-wit: Vido Kovacevicn Co, at the prices for said work or iraprove-
ment named in their bid, which bid ie on file in the office of the
City qlerk of said City, and hereby ie referred to for further
particulara,
- The City Clerk of aaid City is hereby directed to publish
notice of this award twice in the Lynwood Prese, a weekly newspaper
published and circulated in ea.id City and hereby designated for tha.t
purpoae by thie City Council.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3r day of July, 1951.
