The City Council of the City of Lynwood doea hereby

resolve as follows:
� taIIER�AS, a report on the proposed improvement oP
rlower Street, by the construction of cement concrete curba,
cement concrete gutters, cement concrete sidewalks, cement concrete
driveway approaches, and appurtenant work, all as shown on Plan ,
No 7.951-L has been prepared by the City Engineer and delivered
to the City Council of the City of Lynwood ae provided in Division
4 of the 8treets and Highwaya Code cited as �'Special Aasesament
Investi�ation, Limitation and Ma,jority Protest Act of 1931", as
• amended; as directed by the City Gouncil at its regular meeting
held on June 6, 1951.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
` apnroye said report and directs that said report be filed witn
the City Clerk of saic� City.
,� 2. The City Council does herepy fix the 21st day of
August, 1951, at the hour of 8 o'elock p.m. as the day and hour,
and the Council.Cha.mbers of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza 8treet,
, Lynwood, California, as the place; �,�hen and where any and all
persons intereated in said propo�ed improvement�may,�ppear Y�efore
sa.id City Council and be heard on any matter pertainin� to said
report.
3, The City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice
as prescribed in Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code
- to a11 nersone,designated in aforementioned Section 2851.
