RESOLUTION�NO 2350
RESOLU'PION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNUIOOD
APPROVING MEP•40RANDUM OF AGRE�'MrNT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
GAS TAX ALLOCATION,
WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been preaented to be
entered into with the State of California in accordance with a pro�ect
statement for expenditure of gae tax funda for the fiscal year 1952
allocated for ma,jor city atreeta in the City of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement,in
full and ia familiar with the contenta thereof;
THr.HEFORE, be it reaolved by the City Council oP the City of
Lynwood that aaid agreement covering proposed expenditurea�oP the gae
tax allocated for ma�or city streets be and the same is hereby adopted
and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to eign the
eane on behalf of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the
City upori its execution by the authorized officials oP the 8tate.
ADOPTED and APPROVED thia 3rd day of July, 1951.
