. A RESOLUTION REQUESTING %VITHDRAWAL OF CERTAIN
LANDS FR02dT HE CON80LIDATED COUNTY FIRE PRO-
TEGTION.
t���FIEREAB, the City of Lynwood has recentl,y completed
proceedinga for the annexation of certain berritories to the
City of Lymrood, which annexations are known aa ��V7right Road
Annex No._4���, and ��Alameda. Annex No. 1", particularly described
as follows:
VJright Roafl Annex No. 4: Beginning at the 9outhweat
corner of Lot 10 0£ Tract No. 1058'J as ehown on map recorded in
_ Book 152, Pages 27 �nd 28 of Mapa, Recorde of Los Angelea County,
California, said point being on tne southerly boundary line of
the City of Lynwood aa said boundary line existed December 1950; -
thence tiaesterly in a direct line thru the most southerly corner of
Lot 20 of Tract No. ']984 as ahoVrn on map recorded in Book 90, Pages
3�, 35 and 36 of Mapa, Records of said county, to the westerly line
of the firat alley easterly of Atlantic Avenue, said point being on
the easterly boundary line-of the City of Lyn�rood as said bouridary
existed December 1,.19$0; thence northerly along said boundary 13ne �
and following the same in a1T its various courses to the point oP
beginning.
Alameda Annex No. 1: That portion of Bullis Land as
shown on map recorded in Book 3 Page 399 of A?iacellaneoua Records
of Los Angeles County, California, lying within the followin� des-
cribed exterior boundary line to-wit:
Beginning North 11 degreea, 44 minutes Wes�G 1020.59 feet
from the southwest corner of the 0. J. Bull'is 100 acre allotment;
thence Tdorth 11 degreea, 4�4.minutes Weat 516.15 feet; thence North
82 degrees, 17 minutes, 20 aeconde East 586.11 feet; thence North
ll 45 minutes Plest 256.88 feet; thence North 82 degreee,
26 minutes East '723.48 feet more or lesa to the seesterly line of
- Alameda Street, said point being� on the ��esterly boundary line.of

protection service to this area; and

Part 3 oi the Health and Safety Code, it ie required that formal
' action be telc.en by the Board of 3upervisors to ti�ithflraw said areas
from the existing fire protection district; �
NOtiJ, Ti�EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City oP Lynk�ood that the Board of Superviaora be requested to insti-
tute proceedings for the withdra.wal of the above described landa
