CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMISSION FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
AND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
JOINT SESSION
WEDNESDAY, MAY 21, 2003 7:00 P.M. CITY HALL
The Greencastle Common Council, Board of Works, Citizens Advisory Commission for
Industrial Development and Redevelopment Commission met in Executive Session
Wednesday, May 21, 2003, 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
This meeting was held to discuss the Telecommunication Study results pursuant to I.C. 5-
14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(3).
Those present are as follows:
- Council: Councilor Roach, Councilor Hammer, Councilor Licchty and
Councilor Rokicki. Councilor Sedlack was absent.
® -Board of Works: Sue Murray and George Murphey.
- CACFID: Gary Huber, Bill Marley, Dave Murray and Bob Hutchings.
- Redevelopment Commission: John O'Hair, Steve Gauly and Gwen Morris
- Greencastle Development Center: Tim Girke, John Zeiner, Dave Bohmer, Alan
Stanley and Bill Dory.
-City Attorney Laurie Robertson and City Engineer Glen Morrow.
-Also present: Steve Biggerstaff, Cinergy Metronet and Alan Davis, United
Telesystems.
Bill Dory was appointed "point person" for this project.
Mayor Michael reported that Crowe Chizek has already been engaged to look at
financing of this project.
Motion to adjourn made by Councilor Rokicki at 9:25 p.m., seconded by Councilor
Liechty.
