Re: Calusa Park (the "Park") Curative, Inc. COVID-19 Testing Van (the "Testing Van")
Dear Ms. Wilson-Ciranna,
The Village is excited about the opportunity to have the Testing Van located within the
Park. The Village agrees to grant Curative, Inc. a revocable, non-exclusive license to locate the
Testing Van in the Park until January 5, 2020, subject to the same terms and conditions of the
Agreement, dated December 14, 2020, between the Village and Curative, Inc. Please
countersign this letter acknowledging that you agree to the terms and conditions provided
