'd1H�REAS, the City Council of the Gity of Lynvaood did, on
the 21st day of Auguat, 1951, adopt its Resolution on Intention I�1o.
2358 orclering the improvement of FLU`���ER STREET by the removal of
cert�in exi3tin� improvements and. the construction of cement con-
crete curr�s, plant mix �utters , cer�ent concrete sidewalks, and
cement concrete d_rivevac�ys, and
WHEREe'�S> Tuesday, the 18th day of Septer,iber, 1951, at the
hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. at the Council Chambers in the City Hall,
in said City of Lyn�JOOd, was the time and place set in said Resolution
of Intention �r�hen and where any obJections to the proposed vrork or
im�rovement, or to the extent of the district to be assessed, or to
the grades to v�hich the work was prox�osed to be done, t�rould be heard
by said Cit� Council; and
��1Hgr'tEa' S, the City Clerk of sa.id. City has heretofore presented
and filed an affidavit of publication of said Resolution of Intention,
sho�ving that the same was published according to laut; and
�IiHEREAS, said City Clerk has also presented. and filed his
affidavit of mailing notices of the adoption of said Resolution of
Intention in the time, fo�n, and manner, and to the persons, all �.s
provid.ed by an Act of the Legislature of the State oY California,
designated as Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code, and_ cited
as'the "Improvement Act of 1911"; and ame�dments thereto, and
��1HEREAS, the City Entiin�r-5uperintendent of Streets has
heretofore presented and filed an af'fidavit showing that notices of
the passage of said Resolution of Intention have been poeted in the
manner provided by said. Act; anfl
yJI-IEREAS, at said hearing held on the 18th da.y of September,
1951, no�protests v�ere filed a6ainst any of the tinings proposed to be
