RESOLU^lION ORDERING THE WORK AND DIRECTING ' THE CITY CLERK TO GIVE NOTICE INVITING BIDS. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cowzcil oP the City of Lynwood ae followa: 8ection l: In the opinion.of eaid City Council, the public interest and convenience require, and eaid City Council having acquired ,juriadiction so to do, the following work or improvement is hereby. ordered tio be done, to-wit: the removal of certain er.ieting improve- menta and the conatruction oP cement concrete curbe, plant mix guttere, cement concrete sidetiaalke and cement concrete drivewaye in FLO�VER STREET as more particularly deacribed in Resolution of Intention No 235$ Section 2: All oP the work or improvement aforesaid ahall be done ae contemplated in Resolution of Intention ATO. 2358 of the City Council of eaid City, to which reference ia hereby made for further particulars. Section 3: 8aid proposed work, or improvement, in the opinion of said City Council, is of more than local or ordinary public benefit and eaid City Council hereby determinea and declares that the dietrict to be benefitecl by eaid work and improvement, and to be asseased to pay the entire costs and expenaea thereof is particularly described in Reaolution of Intention No 2358 Reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention �nd to Plan No. 1951-L-2 for further particulara ae to the extent of the asaesenent diatrict. Section 4: The proceedings for the aforesaid work and improve- ment shall be had and taken under an Act o£ the Le�islature of the State of California deaignated the Street and Highwaya Code, Diviaion 7, and cited as the "Improvement Act of 1911", and amendmenta thereto. _1_ � Section 5: The City Council hereby determines and declares that serial bonds ahall be iasued in the form and manner provided in said aforementioned Act, bearing interest at�the rate of..six (6) �er centum per arinum to represent each assesement of twenty-five (�25.00) dollara or over, remaining unpaid for thirtv days aPter the date of warrant. Said aerial bonda shall extend over a period.,.ending nine years from the second day of January next aucceeding the next October 15th following their date. 8aid bonde and intereat thereon ehall be paid at the office of tre City Treasurer of said City and ahall be dSaburead by him, all as provided in said pct.
