construotion of sanitary sewers as a health measure; and
SdHEREAS, the City Engineer has Yiereto£ore filed a report
shoering the project to be,feasible and that the properties to be assessed
�urill be able to carry the burdexi of the proposed assessments.
, NOR' T�RE:ORE AE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o£ the
Gity of Lynwoo3 as follows:
1. That in its opinion, the contemplated improvement is
', one in which the probable assessments will not eaceed the limitations set
up in Division 4� of the Streets and Hi�ways Code; •

� 2. That the proposed pro,ject is feasible; �
3., Tha.t the properties to be assessed will be �,ble to -
carry the burden of such proposed assessments; ''
4�. That the limitations on the amount of the assessments
s,et up in this Division shall be dispensed with;

5: That'the -0ity En�ineer is direoted to prepare plans and
'specifications for the improvement of Peach Street between Banning Avenue, _
