RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING, AND
CONFIRP A8SE8SME�NT, IN THE T2ATTER OF THE IM-
PROVEMENI OF BRADFIELD AVENUE ET AL, IN THE CITY �
OF LYNS400D.
WHEREAS, under the proviaions of Division 7 of the Streeta
, and Highwaye Code, cited as the imbrovement Act oP 1911, and amend-
menta thereto, the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopted its.
Resolution of Intention No. 2320 on the 17th day of Ap 1951,
declarin� ita intention to order certain work to be d.one. Reference
is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a deacription of
the work or improvement, the assesament district, and Por further par=
ticulars, mhich resolution ia on file in the office of the Cit,y Clerk
of eaid City; and
�+IHE_REAB, the proceedings purauant to said Reaolution of Inten-
tion have been had and taken in the time, form, and manner required by
law; and
tJfiE.REA3, a notice of hearing on the proposed assesement has
been publiahed, posted, and mailed as required by law; and
WHEftEAB, a and complete hearing on said aesesement was .
held on the 2nd day of October, 1951 and•
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protesta or ob�ectiona,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE80LVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, as follows:
Section 1: That the asseasment is ,�uat and correct and in
accordance witn law and that all of the actions, determinationa, resolu-
tiona and orders, and all of the proceedinga heretoPore taken are legal,
valid, and sufficient and tnat the diagram attached to said aeseaement
is legal, valid ar_d 9ufficient.
Section 2: That said proceedinga and said asaessment are
hereby confirmed and it is hereby ordered that the Vrarrant may be
attached thereto accordingly. �
