RESOLUTION SETTIIQC FORTA FACTS OF HEARING, AND
CONFIRMING ASSESSP2EATT, IN THE R�lATTER OF THE IM-
� PROVEMENT OF AGNES AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF LYNi�'OOD.
WHE��tEAB, under the provisions of Division 7 of the Streets
and Highways Code, cited as the improvement Act of 1911, and amend-
menta thereto, the City Council of the City of Lymaood adopted its
Resolution of Intention No 23g3 on the 15th day of May, 1951,
declaring its intention to order certain work to be done. Reference
is hereby made to said Resolution oz Intention for a deacription of
the work or improveuient, the asseaenent district, and for furth'er par-
ticulare, which reaolution is on £ile in the office of the City Clerk
of said City; and
WHERF'�A3, the proceedinga pursuant to said Resolution.of Inten-
tion have been had and taken in the time, form, and manner required by
law; and
Z9HEFtEAB, a notice of hearing on the propoaed assesament hae
been publiahed, posted, and mailed as required by law; and
WHEREAB, a Pull and complete hearin� on said assesaraent was
held_ on the 2nd day of October, 1951; and

Cit,y of L,yn�rood, ae follows:
8ection 1: That the assesament is ,]uat and correct and in
accordance with law and that all o£ the actiona, determinationa, reaolu-
tions and ordere, and all of the proceedings heretefore taken are legal, ,
valid., and sufficient and that the diagram attached to said assesement
is legal, valid and eufficient.
Section,2: 1^hat aaid proceedinge and said asaeeament are
hereby confirmed and it is hereby ordered that the warrant rnay be
attached thereto accordingl,y.
