PROVEbSEN1 OF PEACH STREET IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
WH�?EA9, under the proviaione of Divieion � of the Btreete
and Highways Code, cited as the improvement Act of 1911, and amend-
mente thereto, the City Council o£ the City of Lynwood adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 2324 on the 17th day of Aari1 1951
declaring Sta intention to order certain �rork to be done. Re�erence
ie hereby made to said Reaolution oP Jntention for a description of �
the work or improvement, the asseasment dietrict, and for further par-
ticulara, which resolution ie on file in the office of the City Clerk
_ of said Gity; and
�rIHEREAS, the proceedings pursuant to eaid Reaolution oP
Intention have been had and taken in the time, forc�, and manner re-
quired by lazr; and
WHEREAB, a notice of hearing on the propoaed aesesement haa
been publiahed, poeted, and mailed ae required by law; and
tVHERF,AB, a full and complete hearing on said aeaeasment wae
held on the 2nd day of October, 1951; and .
WHEREAB, there were no oral or written protesta or ob,Jections,
NOti�i, THr^,REFORE, BE 2`P ftESOLVED by the City Council of the
Cit,y of Lynwood, as followa:
Section l: That the assesement is �ust and correct and in
accordance with law and that a11 of the actione, determinations, reaolu-
tiona and orders, and all of the proceedings heretofore taken are legal,
valid, and svfficient and that the diagram attached to said aseeesment
is legal, valid and sufficieht.
Section 2: That said proceedinga and eaid asseasment are
hereby con£Srmed and it ie hereby ordered that the warrant may be
attached the:eto accordingly..
