CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2011-54
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it has been proposed to construct the following road improvement project and
to assess benefited properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minn. Stat., Chapter 429:
1. Tower Drive (Located east of Pinto Drive, north of Hamel Road, south of Canadian
Pacific railroad, and through the westerly 150 feet of the Raskob property)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of Medina, Minnesota that
the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo as consulting engineers for study and that the
engineers be instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, feasible and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Martinson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Martinson, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Crosby, Siitari)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
