RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH HOME OCCIIPATION LICENB-
, ING PROCIDIIRE AS REQUIRED B>Y ORDINANCE N0. 570

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood, California, as followa:
8ection 1: THAT before the Llcense Collector of the
City of Lynwood shall iasue a licenae for "Home Occupation��; the
applicant ahall present a request to the Council of aaid City for

a license to be allowed. 8aid requeat snou3d contain written
approval from all property ownere zaithin a radiue of one hundred
and fifty feet (150�) of the location of eaid proposed occupation.
9ection 2: The applicant ehall provide the License
Collector poet carda, properly addreseed to the property ownera
involved, aetting Porth tne applicant's intention to engage in .
requeated occupation and providing for at least 5 daya in which
to file ob,�ectiona with the City Council to proposed uae.
Section 3: The Council may, notwithetand_ing such appro-
val, grant or deny any auch request. If the Council of s�id City
approvea said request the Licenae Collector shall issue license in
conformance taith the current °Businesa License Ordinance" of eaid
City. 9aid licenaea may be revoked, with or without cause, by aaid
Council upon thirty (30) daye written notice from said City Council.
