resolve as followa: '
Section 1: That Plans and Specifications No 1951-R-1
for the improvement of portions of PEACH BTREET by the construc-
tion of vitriPied clay pipe eanitary sevrere together with manhole, ..
lamphole, wye branches'and all appurtenant work, ae prepared.anfl '
submitted by the City Engineer of eaid City on the 2nd day oP I
October, 1951 be, and the same are hereby adopted as the oPfic-
ial plane and apecificationa for doing said vTOrk and making aaid
improvenent. 3aid plans and epecificatione ehall govern for all
details of the proposed work,
3ection 2: That the map or plat marked Plana No. 1951-R-2
ahowing the diatrict of landa to be benefited by and to be aeaessecl
to pay the costa and expensea of said work, or improvement, be and
the same ia nereby adopted as the official map of the aseeasment
diatrict for said work or improvement.
