PEACH STREET BY THE CONSTRUGTION OF SANITARY

RE80LUTION ORDERING THE [�IORK AND DIRECTING �
THE CITY CLERK TO GIVE NOTICE IDTVITING BIDS.
• BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
as fo1lo�:s:
Section 1: In the opinion of aaid_ Cit,y Council, the public
interest and convenience require, and said City Council having acquired
jurisdiction ao to do, the follo�rir!g work or imp.rovement is hereby
ordered to be done, to-wit:
The constr.uction of vitrified clay uipe sanitary seNrers
together with manhole, lampnole, wye branchea and a11 appurtenant
work in PEACH STRr�ET, ae more particularly described in Resolution
of Intention No. 23'70.
Section 2: All of the work or improvement aioresaid ahall
be done as contemplated in Resolution of Intention No. 2370 of the
City Council of said� City, to �rhich reference is hereby made Por
A furtner particulars. .
Bection 3; Said proposed �rork, or irnprovement, in the
. opinion of said City Council, is of more than local�or ordinary
public benefit and eaid City Council hereby determines and declares
that the district to be benefited by saicl work and improvement, and
to be assessed to pay the entire costa and expenses tnereof is par�i-
cularly deecribed in Resolution of Intention No. 23'70. Reference is
hereby made to eaid Reeolution of Intention and to Plan No 1951-R-2
- for further particulars as to the extent of the assessment dietrict.
3eetion 4�: The proceedings for the a£oresaid work and
improvement shall be had and taken under an Act of the Legislature of
the State of California deaignated the Streete and Highwaya Code, �
Division '7, and cited as the "Improvement Act of 1911", and amendments
thereto.

Section 5: The Gity Council hereby determines and
� declares that eerial bonds shall be issued in the form and manner
provided in sa3d aforementioned Act, pea.ring lnterest at the rate
of six (6.) per centum per annvm to represent each assesament of
ttrenty-five (�25.00) dollars or over, remaining unpaid for thirty
daya after the date of warrant. Said serial bonds shall extend
over a period end_ing nine years from the aecond day of January
next succeeding the next October 15th following their date. Said
bonds and interest thereon ehall be paid at the office of the Gity
Treasurer of said City and'shall be disbursed by him, all as
pro�rided in aaid Act;
Section 6: The City Clerk shall poet and cause to be
nubliahed a notice inviting sealed proposale or bids for doing
� the abot*e deacribed work or improvement in the time, form and
manner required by lava, -
