and declare all sealed proposala or bids for the folloz�ring ��?ork to

certain work and improvement set forth in P�esoliztion of Intention

of Auguat, 1951, which Reeolution of Intention ie on file in the
� office of the City Clerk of said Gity and is hereby referred to
for a description of aaid work or•improvement, the boundaries of
the distriet to be assessed to pay the coats and expenaes of eaid
work and Por'further particulars. -
NO��T, THEREFORE, BE IT. RE80LVED by said City Council that it

City Clerk of said City, and hereby is referred to ior further

published and circulated in said City and hereby designated for that
