WHEREA3, under the provisions Diviaion '] of the Streets
and •
Highways Code, cited as the improvement Act oP 1911, and amend-
menta thereto, the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopted its
Reaolutiori of Intention No. 2235 on the 20th day of September, 19�+9,
' deelaring its intention to order cert�in 4rork to be done. Reference
is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a description of
the work or improvement, the assessment diatrict, and Por further par-
� ticulare, which reaolution ie on Pile in the office of the City Clerk
. of said City; and
WHEREAS, the proceedinga pursuant to said Reaolution oP Inten-
tion have been had and taken in the time, Yorm, and manner required by
law; and
tVHEREAS, a notice oP hearing on the proposed asseasment h�a
'`been published, poated, and mailed as required by law; and
[xlfiEREAS, a full and complete hearing on said assesanent wae
, held on the 17th day of January, 1950; and
�IHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests or ob1ections,
, NO��J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lgnwood, as followe:
Sectlon 1: That tlze asaessment is ,�ust and correct and in
accordance with law and that all of the actions, determinations, resolu-
tions and ordere, and all oP the proceedings heretofore taken are legal,
: valid, and suPficient and that.the diagram attached to said assesssient
is legal, valid and sufficient.
