A ftESOLUTION DEDICATING �'0 PUBLIC USE FOR STREET
� PURPOSEB CERTAIN LANDS AND DESIGNATIIJG NAMES
THEREFOR.
A7HEREAS, public convenienee and necessity require that all
_ streets, boulevarda, avenues, roada, and highk*ays dedieated, improved,,
and used for public thoroughfares within the City of Lynwood, Calif-
ornia be uniformly named and designate@, .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLNED by the City Council of the
City of Lym�rood that the following described prop=rty be dedicated to
the public use for street purposea:
That portion of,'Lot 6, Tract 5709 as per map recorded
in Book 65, Page 23 of Mapa, Records of Los Angeles
County, and that portion of Bullia Land as eho<<an on
map recorded in Book 3, Page 399, Miacellaneous Rec-
orda of said County, lying northerly of and lying �VO
ft southerly of (and measured at right angles to the
southerly line of) the Pacific Electric Railway Com-
pany�s Private Right of Way and extending from the

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk ahall transmit
" a duly certified and authenticated co�y of this resolution to the
County Surveyor oP Los Angeles County, CaliPornia, and to any other
governraental agency requiring such a cony for the ;ourpose of correcting
and fixing the establislled namea and designations of streets and "
avenues upon official maps and records of the County.
