did, on the lst day of Jnly, 1949, allocate the sum of $14,412.71 for the
improvement of streeta within the corporate limita of tha Gity oY Lymvood, and..
WHEEEAS, the City of Iqrm+rood is now ready to proceed with its
program of atreet improvenent work,

of Lynwood tk�at the Board of Supervisors be requested to grant to said City of
