reaolve as followa:
8ection 1: That the asaeasment diagram for the improvement
of Orchard Avenue, as set forth in Resolution oP Intention tdo. 2247,
be and the sa� is hereby approved and adopted. ,
Section 2: That the City Clerl� of said City ie'directed to
certify the fact and date of the adoption of this resolution to the
Superintendent of streets of said City and ahall delivery eaid diagram
to said Superintendent of Streeta.
