� A RESOLUTION REQIIESTING WIT�RAWAS, OF CERTAIN
LANDS FROM 'tf� CONSOLIDATED COUNTY FIRE PRO-
TECTION DISTRICT.
, WHER^c�9S� the City o£ I,ynwood 2�as recently completad oroceedinga for the
anneaation of certain territories to the City of I,ynwood, which annexations are I
lrnown as °Wright Road Annex No. 1�� anct ��Wright Road Annex No. 2�� and are more particw-
larly deacribed as follows:
Tl�t portion of Lot 6 oP the Slausson Tract as per map recorded in
Book 3, Page 34�8 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows: '
Beginning at the southeast corner o£ Lot 14 of Tract No. 5818 as
per map recorded in Book 140, Page 43 of Ma.ps, Records of said
Caunty, sai'd point being on the ea.sterly baundary line of the City
of Lynvrood as said boundary line existed July 1� 194�9; thence
easterly in a direct line through the southeast corner of.said
Tract No. 5818 to the vresterly line of the Lo� Angeles Couaty
F7.00d Control C�xannel; thence southerly along said last described
line to the southerly line of the Pacific Electric Railway Company�s
Private Right of Way; thence vresterly.along said last described
line to the sautherly line of aforementioned Lot 6 0£ Slausxoa
Tract; thence weaterly along said last described line to the
easterly line of �9right Road; thence northerly �.long the easterly .
. line of Wright Road to the northerly Iine o£'the Paci£ic Electric

this area; and
W�REAS, pursua,nt to the requirements of Diviaion 12� Part 3 of the Health
and Sa£ety Code, it is required that formal action be taken by the Board of Supex+-
visors to withdraw said areas from the exieting fire protection diatrict;
NOVl, Tf�REFORE BE IT RESOLYID by the City Council of the City of I,ynwood
that the Board of Supervisors be requested to inatitute proceed3nga for the withdrawal
of the above described lande from the Consolidated Gounty Fire Protection Dist:�ict.
