RESOLUTION SETTIiVG FORTH FACTS OF HEARIIdG, AND
CODIFIRMIIQG ASSESSPdE1�IT, IN THE MATTER OF THE IM-
PROVENIEi�T Or ORCHARD AVEiVUE IN TriE CITY OF LYDiW00D. .
��fiEREAS, under the provisions of Division 7 of the Streete
and Highways Code, cited as the improvement Act of 1911, and amend-
ments thereto, the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 22�7 on the lsth day of November, 19�9
declaring its intention to order certain work to be done. Reference
is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a description of
the work or improvement, the asaessment district, and for further par- I � i
ticulars, which reaolution is on file in the office of the City Clerk
of said City; and
WHEREAS, the proceedings pursuant to said Reaolution of In=
tention have been had and taken in the time, form, and manner required
by lata; and
VTHEREAS, a notiee of hearing on the proposed assessment has
been published, posted, and mailed as required by lao:; and

held on the 4th day of April, 1950; and

ob,jections,
NOt�I, THEREFGRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council oP the
City of Lynvrood ae follows:
Section 1: That the asaessment is ,Just and correct and in
accordance with lata and that all of the actions, determinations, reeo-
lutions and orders, and all of the proceedings heretofore taken are legal,
valid, and sufficient and that the diagram attached to said aasessment
is legal, valid, and sufficient.
