TIHEREAS, the County 8anitation District Act, as amended by
Statutea 19�9 Chapter 882, containe the follou*in� proviaions:
�' That the governing bo�cy of a sanitation diatrict is'a board
of directora of not less than three,nembers, a member of the governing
5 „ body of each city, the whole or part of vrhich ia included in the sani—
tation district, is a nemb"er of the board, and

Coiznty does include territory of the �City of Lyntrood,
NOt�, Tt!EREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED� thdt J. Jack Willard, a
menber of 'the City Council oP tne City of Lynr�ood, be and he is hereby
appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of County
Sanitation District No. 1 of Loa Angeles County.
