RESOLUTIOY OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I,YNWOOD
ADOPTING SUDGET FOR ERPENDI'i'ITR.E OF GAS TAX AI,LOCATED
FOR MAJOR CITY STRE�TS. '
WFIEREAS, a projact statement has been presentad setting up a
budget for e�roenditure of the gas tax for the fiscal year 1950 allocated for
ma3or city streets in the City of Lyn�uood; and
N7HF;RE�LS, the City Cmmcil has heard read said project statement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
'PFiEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Cvuacil of the City of I,ynwood
that said pro,ject statement be and it is heraby approved and adopted as the budget
' o£ proposed expenditures o£ the gas t� allocated for major city streets in the City
of Lynwood; and the Ma.yor and The City Clerk are directed to sign tho same on behalf i
of said City, said pro,ject statement to be binding npon the City upon its execution
