the 7th day of February, 1950, adopted its Reeolution No. 2201
relating to the aba:tement of d_ry or.drying areeds on certain lots �
or parcels of land within the corpora.;e lzmits.of said citg in
eocordance rvith the nrovisions of Chapter 13, Article 3, Sactlon
� 39560 and follo�ring sections, Government Code, State of California;
and

Resolution in the ti�ie, £orm and manner required by lav�r and the
Street Superintendent was instructed to comi,lete the aba.tement of
�ucYi nuisance, and

nuisa.nce to be abated a.nd'has Piled !�aith the City Go�zncil an itemizdtl
' report in ivriting showing tk?e cost of tr,eed ab�tement on each separate
lot and has caused a copy thereof to be posted near the door of the
Council Chamber in the City Hal1 as re�tuired. by 2a�a, and
�"lHERE:AS, no ob�ec�ions or protests were filed b.y any oY the
property o�rners to be asse�sed for said weed abatement as set forth
in the Report of the Street Superintenclent, and
. t'JHEREA�, it appea�s that all notices w�ere pro;erly posted
and that the g.�roceedin�,�s were h�d and taken according to la�ti�,
TIG�7, `LhERw�.FORE, BE IT R;:SOLVED by the Cmty Council of the
City of Lyn4vood that said report of the Street Superintendent of the
City of Lynwond be, and the same is heraby confirmed and that the
costs of abAting such nuisances on each of �he lots or par.cels of
land set forth in sa.id report d.o hereby conetitute special assess-

ment liens against such nn�opertiea.

of Lynvaoocl be and he is hereUy directed to turn over to the `.Cax
Collec�or of the County of Los Angeles a copy of the report of the
' Street Superintendent and said TA� Collector is hereuy instructed
to add the amounts of the respective asseesments to tne re�;ular
bills #'or taxes coverin� the 1950-51 f'iscal year on the lots
described in said report, all as provided in aPoresaid Government
Code.
