k�ave approved the destruction of such records;
� NOW THF.REFORE IT IS RESOLVED that pursuant to the authority
' created by Govern„ent Code No. 24090, the City Council does authorize and
direct the destruction of receipted water pa$rment stubs and :elated records
of the water department of the City of I,ynvrood for the years prior to
Janvary 1, 1945, said records being no longer repuired.
