RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tf� CITY OF LYN4lOOD
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
GAS TAX ALLOCATION.
Wf�REAS, a memorandum of agreement nas been presented to bo
entered into orith the State of Cali£ornia in accordance with a project state—
nent for expenditure of gas tax fl�nds i'or the fisc�.l year 19jQ allocated for
major city streets in the City o£ Iynwood; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereo£;
T1�REFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
I,ynwood tY�at said agreement covering proposed expenditurea of the gas tax
allocated for ma,jor city streets be and the same is hereby adopted and approned
and the Mayor and City Clerk are�directed to sign tne same on be�a.lf of said
City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon its execution Uy the
authorized officials of the St2te.
