A R,ESOLUTION REQUESTIntG'WITHDRAWAL OF CERTAIN

TECTION DISTRICT.
4+THEREAS, the City of Lynwood has recently completed proceed-
inga f:or the annexation of certain territories to the Gity of Lynwood,
which annexations are known as °T�right Road Annex No. 3" and is �ore
particularly deacribed as folloFrs:
Beginning at the nortkieast corner of Lot 21 of Tract
No. 7984 as anown on m2p recorded in Book 90, Pagea
34 and 35 of maps, Records of Los Angeies County,
California, said point being on the easterly boundary
line of the City of Lynwood as said boundary line ex-
isted April 1, 19$0; thence easterly alona the south-
erly line of 2mperial HighUray to the produced easterly
� line of Duncan Avenue, 60 feet wide, as said Duncan
Avenue exists southerly of Imperial Highwav; thence
southerly to the southweat corner oP Lot 10, Tract
10587 as ahot�m on map recorded in Book 162, Pages 27
and 28 of N!apa, recorda of said county, said point
being on the nor�l�erly line of the first alley south-
erly oP Imperial Highcray; thence easter].y along said
last described line and its eaeterly prolongation to
the e�sterly line of Wrignt Road, 50 feet dride; thence
southerly along aaid easterly line of �,�tright Road to
the northerly line of Century Boulev�rd, 50 feet vaide;
thence easterly along said last described line to its

allel to the kesterly line of the Los Angelea County
Flood Control Channel, said distance being measured.

of said County, said point being also on the northerly
boundary line of the City of Lynwood as said boundary
line existed April 1, 1950; tnence easterly along said
boundary line to the westerly line of the Los Angeles
County Flood Control CYiannel; thence northerly along'

tection service to tkiis area; and.

3 of the xealth and Safety Code, it is required that formal action

be taken by the Board of Superviaora. to s•rithdraw eaid areas from
the existing f ire protection dietrict;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the C3ty Council of the
City of Lyni•roo� that the Board of Superv3.3ors be requeated to institute
proceedinga for the writhdrawl of the above described lands from the
